Education The South Yarmouth United Methodist Church is committed to Christian education for all age groups in our church family. We are a Safe Sanctuary church and pledge to conduct the ministry of the gospel in ways that assure the safety and spiritual growth of all our children and youth, as well as all of our volunteers with children and youth. Nursery Nursery is available on request for ages up to 4. Sunday School During the church service, children sit in church with their parents until the "Children's Chat", after which they adjourn to their classes: "a one-room school" for Kindergarten through sixth grade and a separate class for junior high students. Youth Group We have an active youth group for high-school students, but we encourage high school students to attend worship services. Adult Bible Study Adults can choose from a selection of Bible study classes during the week in the morning and evening.
